The event drew an impressive gathering of entrepreneurs, business leaders, and Rotarians from across India, offering a platform for collaboration, networking, and thought leadership.

The conclave witnessed participation from over 30 distinguished leaders representing cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai, along with 200+ Kolkata-based entrepreneurs. Discussions focused on financial wellness, startup financing, and the transformative role of artificial intelligence (AI) in shaping industries.

AI in Business emerged as a central theme, with experts debating its vast potential for growth and the challenges it poses. Panel discussions shed light on the innovative applications of AI in business, urging attendees to embrace its opportunities while remaining cautious about risks.

The event also featured motivational sessions, including a keynote address by Major General Vikram Dev Dogra, a celebrated Ironman athlete. His talk, “Act Now Because Later Might Be Too Late,” encouraged proactive decision-making and resilience, leaving a profound impact on the audience.

Adding a touch of humor and charm, Bollywood actor Ashish Vidyarthi entertained attendees with a stand-up performance. His engaging presence resonated with the audience and underscored the importance of creative expression in professional settings. From his childhood stories about strict parents to his first award in the film industry, Vidyarthi manages to connect with the audience.

Rotarian Kaushik Sen, President of the RMB Kolkata chapter, emphasized the importance of such platforms. He stated, “RMB Connect aims to invite outstation business leaders to Kolkata, fostering collaboration and enhancing the business environment of both the city and West Bengal.

This transformative event not only highlighted Kolkata’s entrepreneurial potential but also reinforced its status as a hub for innovative ideas and dynamic business connections.
